1. What is By His Blood Shop all about?
 By His Blood Shop exists to help lukewarm believers who know God is calling them higher finally step into bold, on fire faith. Every product is a visual reminder that pulls you out of spiritual drifting and back into intimacy with Jesus. We create pieces that strengthen your walk, spark conviction, and help you carry God confidently everywhere you go.

 

2. Who is BHB for?

We serve believers who feel God pulling them deeper... the ones tired of inconsistency, distraction, and lukewarm living. If you know God has more for you and you want to stay anchored in Him daily, this brand was created just for you.

BHB is for the believer who says:

3. What if I’m still struggling or not fully consistent in my faith yet?

That’s exactly who most of our family are.
You don’t have to have it all figured out, be perfect, or be a long time believer.
Our products serve as gentle reminders of:

4. Do I need to already be "on fire" for God to shop?

Not at all. 

You just need to be willing and ready.
These pieces are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger in your walk.

Orders & Shipping

5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order is made to order, which means we create it just for you after it’s purchased. Production usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping times are typically 2–5 business days within the U.S. for standard shipping.

We recommend checking your order confirmation for tracking updates once your order ships so you know exactly when it will arrive!

6. Can I track my order?
 Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email, so you know exactly where it is.

7. Do you ship internationally?
 Currently, we ship within the U.S. Only. At His appointed time, we will expand globally :)

8. What happens if my order gets lost or damaged?
 If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Your experience matters to us. 

 

Returns & Refunds

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
 Since our products are made to order, we're not able to offer returns. But if there’s an error or defect, we’ll gladly help. Please see our Return & Refund Policy

10. What if I received the wrong product?
 Each item is carefully fulfilled, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect product, simply contact us and we’ll review your request and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
