1. What is By His Blood Shop all about?
By His Blood Shop exists to remind everyone (new in faith or seasoned) that our identity, freedom, and hope come ONLY through Jesus. Every product points to His love, victory, and the life He has given us. Every product is a gentle reminder that you are seen, loved, and called.

2. Who can shop here?
You! Whether you’re just beginning to explore faith or been on your walk for a while now, you belong here. This is a safe place to be encouraged and reminded of God’s overwhelming love.

3. Do I need to be part of a specific religion to shop?

Absolutely not! Our products are faith based, but anyone can shop and enjoy them. We're not about religion, it’s about EXPERIENCING GOD and having an intimate relationship with Him. You don’t need to have it all figured out or be a long-time believer, these pieces are about encountering God, experiencing His love, and sparking hope. They can serve as a reminder of faith, the freedom that was paid By His Blood, and the invitation God offers to everyone.

John 6:37 – “All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.” (God welcomes anyone who seeks Him, no matter their starting point.)
Revelation 3:20 – “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.” (He meets you where you are.)

Orders & Shipping

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order is made to order, which means we create it just for you after it’s purchased. Production usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping times are typically 2–5 business days within the U.S. for standard shipping.

We recommend checking your order confirmation for tracking updates once your order ships so you know exactly when it will arrive!

5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email, so you know exactly where it is.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. Only. At His appointed time, we will expand globally :)

7. What happens if my order gets lost or damaged?
If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Your experience matters to us.

Returns & Refunds

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are made to order, we're not able to offer returns. But if there’s an error or defect, we’ll gladly help. Please see our Return & Refund Policy

9. What if I received the wrong product?
Each item is carefully fulfilled, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect product, simply contact us and we’ll review your request and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Yes! Our items make meaningful gifts for anyone, whether they’re exploring faith or growing in their walk with Jesus.
